Windi Snearly is a Human Resources professional with Wells Fargo Bank’s Commercial Banking Group, celebrating 21 years with the organization.  Prior to Wells Fargo, she was in third party employment search for Accounting and Finance professionals.

She is a dedicated contributor who believes in creating social changes through action and diversity.  Currently serving on San Rafael Chamber of Commerce’s Governmental Affairs Committee, active member with Marin County Women Political Action Committee, and board member for Ross Valley Women’s League, that supports Adopt A Family of Marin.  Previously she served as Board Chair for Bloom, formerly Image for Success; and Marin County Chair for North Bay Workforce Alliance.

She and her husband, Eric Boales, reside in San Rafael with their fur baby – Murphy.  They both enjoy the many benefits and beauty of living in Marin County, while contributing to the community.
